Neuromethyn contains mecobalamin 500mcg, commonly known as Vitamin B12, which is an important vitamin in blood building and nerve system function and repair.

Mecobalamin is helpful in anaemia, as well as end nerve damage such as pins and needles, cold or heat sensation, numbness at hands or feet. It is also useful supplement for diabetic patients who are taking metformin on a long term basis.
