Vitamin c ( ascorbic acid ) …. 1000mg
calcium ( as calcium lactate gluconate 1g ) …. 129mg
calcium ( as calcium carbonate 0.327g ) …. 131mg
Dosage:
Adults and children 9 years of age and older:
1 effervescent tablet once daily. The effervescent tablet should be dissolved in a glass of water and taken immediately with or without food.
