Shapes by PolyMem® Tube Dressings are multifunctional dressings precut to fit tube sites.

It is designed to protect tube sites to help prevent complications while helping decrease inflammation, balancing moisture and continuously cleansing.

PolyMem dressing contains
– (F68 surfactant) cleanser which helps to reduce interfacial tension between healthy tissue and necrotic tissue, and supports autolytic debridement thus minimal the pain and trauma during dressing change.
– (Glycerin) moisturizer which keeps the dressing from adhering to the wound bed and provides comfort at the wound site.
– (Semi-permeable transparent film backing) that provides a liquid barrier while allowing gas (O2 and CO2) exchange. The transparent film backing allows visual inspection of the membrane to determine the need for a dressing change.
