» Open pack, remove heat patch.

Using WITHOUT the FlexEza Heat Wrap:

» The patch can be adhered to clothing by removing backing paper to expose adhesive.

» DO NOT apply heat patch directly to skin.

Using with FlexEza Heat Wrap:

» Insert 1-2 patches into FlexEze Heat Wrap without removal of backing paper.

» Face backing paper away from body.

» Position wrap around desired treatment area.

DO NOT USE:

» Whilst sleeping, overnight or with prolonged pressure placed against the patch by belts or waistbands

» On infants, children under 12 or persons unable to remove patch themselves

» On broken skin, bruises or swellings

» In combination with other heat sources or skin medications

» On the same area for more than 12 hours in any 24 hour period

DISPOSAL:

Dispose of thoughtfully by dispersing patch contents into garden to act as a soil improver and place sleeve in household waste.

PRECAUTIONS:

» Heat Patch activates when exposed to air and will reach full temperature in 30 mins
